Open Positions

Foreman

Leadership Full-Time Field

Guide, supervise, and instruct team members to complete projects in a timely, efficient, and safe manner. Reports to Project Manager.

Safety

Organize and lead daily safety meetings with operators to ensure best practices
Ensure operators have the appropriate safety gear for each project
Ensure inspection and safety sheets are completed daily

Project Scope

Contact landowners 24 hours prior to being on site using landowner sheets
Complete line marking and follow scope of work per company contracts
Perform equipment maintenance or source outside companies for larger repairs
Responsible for project deadlines; assist team members to ensure they are met
Ability to hire sub-contractors with prior Project Manager approval

Team Management

Accountable for crew attendance, performance, and daily time punch accuracy
Coordinate and reserve crew lodging based on project scope
Manage team purchases up to $200 limit; submit receipts by 5th of following month
Complete equipment incident reports within 12 hours of incident
Complete operator injury reports within 12 hours; notify PM immediately
Report all disciplinary write-ups to Project Manager within 12 hours

General Tasks

Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for all crew
Attend required training and safety meetings for position tasks
Build positive relationships with operators, landowners, residents, and subcontractors

General Requirements

CDL (or ability to obtain) Extensive equipment knowledge Hand & power tools Lift 50+ lbs Valid licenses Safety-focused Eager to learn

Operator

Field Crew Full-Time Equipment

Work alongside other operators to support daily operations and achieve project completion safely and efficiently under Foreman direction.

Operations

Operate equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently as directed by Foreman
Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily
Complete daily inspection sheets as directed by Foreman
Attend daily safety meetings coordinated by Foreman
Perform and complete projects according to scope of work

General Tasks

Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for all operators
Attend required training and safety meetings for position tasks
Build positive relationships with operators, crews, landowners, residents, and subcontractors
